Sofia Martinez

Sofia was born in Hemet Ca and grew up with her family moving to fifteen different cities. She started playing guitar in an afterschool program during her middle school years. In her senior year of high school, she was mentored by Dr. Kami Rowan thru the Guitar Foundation of America’s Mentorship program.

Sofia currently attends the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University and is on full scholarship. She looks forward to a career in music and bilingual music education.
